ICT Use in Higher Education in Azerbaijan: A Student Survey
Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have become essential in global higher education. This study explores the use of ICT in an underequipped post-Soviet context, based on a survey of 191 students from two urban universities in Azerbaijan. Mobile phones are revealed to be the most used tool, and although institutional access to technologies is mostly free, only half of the students have received formal training.
